Family Plan Pricing
Family RV offers customers a unique opportunity to "Reserve to Purchase" a Recreational Vehicle ("RV")
at a guaranteed discounted price at the same time provided the opportunity to "Try Before you Buy". All
that is needed to secure the Reserve to Purchase is to place a Refundable Purchase Deposit.
Advantages to the Customer Under the Family Plan
• BEST PRICE ANYWHERE : Customer can Reserve to Purchase a current model year RV from
Family RV's Family Plan inventory at significantly lower than available on the Market (West
Coast) pricing. Today, RV information and pricing are readily available to consumers. Therefore,
most customers are knowledgeable about the RV they prefer and pricing available in the market
place. This places dealers in the unique position to create new and exciting opportunities to
provide value to the customer. Family RV has come up with a new and unique way to provide
value savings to the customers. Family RV core business is renting RV's not selling RV's.
Therefore, we can pass significantly lower prices to a Customer for slightly used, well maintained
RV's.
• CURRENT MODEL YEAR: Many Family Plan inventory is less than six (6) months from the factory
at the time the Customer takes possession of the RV.
• TRY BEFORE YOU BUY: Customer can use it's chosen RV on trips up to a total of 14 calendar
days. (NOTE: see qualifications below). Thus, the customer has the option to test and try its RV
before making the final decision to purchase.
• REFUNDABLE PURCHACE DEPOSIT: By placing a Refundable Purchase Deposit the customer
receives a guarantee of the low purchase price and the Customer may cancel the Reservation to
Purchase at any time for any reason up to 30 days of the mutually agreed upon purchase date.
(less the cost of renting the RV; see qualification below).
• ADDED FLEX PURCHASE OPTION: ln the event customer decides they would prefer another RV that
is available in the Family Plan inventory, he/she may be allowed to switch to another unit.
Conditions and Qualifications
Reserve to Purchase: Customer may select an RV from Family RV's Family Plan inventory. The
customer will be provided a price that will be guaranteed below market pricing for a future
purchase date mutually agreed to between Family RV and the Customer. Customer must be qualified to
purchase the RV at the time of placing the Refundable Purchase Deposit. Typically, the purchase must be
concluded within 6 months from the date of receipt of the deposit.
Family RV can offer the RV at such discounted prices because it rents the selected RV for a period of
time, earns income from those rentals. Family RV then discounts the price of the RV and offers
Customers the opportunity to Reserve to Purchase the RV. During the Rental Use by Family RV, Family
RV maintains and inspects the RV before and after each rental and performs any and all required
maintenance, repairs due rental damage with the exception of normal wear and tear. As the mutually
agreed date to conclude the purchase approaches Family RV will notify the customer that the date is
approaching, and the customer will be invited to inspect the chosen RV and the purchase process will
occur.
Refundable Purchased Deposit: ln order guarantee to Reserve to purchase, the customers chosen RV and price the customer must place a deposit on the RV. The Deposits are: $5,000 for towable and $10,000 motorized. Deposits are fuily refundable for any reason less the cost of the Use/Rental of this RV (see below). As noted above the customer will be notified 30 days prior to mutually agreed purchase date and upon inspection wiil sign a Purchase Agreement. At that time the refundable purchase deposit will become NONREFUNDABLE and any Use/Rental amounts shall be added back to the customers deposit.
Use/Rental of the RV prior to Purchase: Customers are provided the opportunity to book and use its selected RV (subject to availability and selected backout dates). Customer will sign a standard Family RV Rental Agreement and comply with all terms and conditions. The customer will be provided with the standard rate cost of the rental. The Customers "Use/Rental" cost will be deducted from the Refundable purchased Deposit. ln the event the customer decides to cancel the purchase and request the refund of their deposit the Use/Rental will be deducted from the Refundable deposit or paid separatery by other means by the customer. ln the event the customer proceeds with the purchase, then the Use/Rental that was deducted from Purchased Deposit will be added back to their deposit by Family RV making it whole again. (Disclosure: customer shall be responsibre for any and all damage caused by the customer during their rental).
Flex Purchase option: Customers may choose to change its Reservation to purchase to another RV and transfer their deposit to that RV provided the RV is in Family RV's Family pran inventory and has not already been reserved by a deposit by another customer.
